Steps to Become a Member at CLGC
We make it VERY Easy! Follow the simple steps below….
Step 1: Review the Different Membership Categories and decide what is right for you.
Step 2: Complete a CLGC Membership Application – see the Application download button on each Membership Category page
Step 3: Submit completed application to the CLGC Business Manager. This can be done by US Mail, eMail, or in-person…your choice.

Suggest you call and arrange time for a meeting at the Golf Club. Business Manager is at: 252-946-7788 ext. 4
Step 4: CLGC Board review and approval (Board typically meets the 4th Wednesday of each month and reviews applications at that time)
Step 5: Business Manager will advise when approved and arrange to complete setup of member accounts at CLGC
Step 6: Have Fun – enjoy your new membership at CLGC!
CLGC requires NO money while the application is being reviewed. Once approved, The Business Manager will be in touch to setup payment accounts.
Play Golf While Waiting for Approval
Upon acceptance of your application for processing you are welcome to play based on the category of membership selected. The Business Manager and ProShop will make this seamless for you. Upon membership acceptance by the Board of Governors, you will receive a Welcome Packet with all the information you need.
