ABOUT THE COURSE
When you play at Cypress Landing Golf Course, you’re sure to experience a warm and welcoming environment. Cypress Landing Golf Course is nestled among lovely homes, tall pines, and our signature 15th Hole overlooks the scenic Chocowinity Bay with one of the best views around.
The 18-hole, par 72 golf course was designed by Bill Love with Ault, Clark & Associates. Cypress Landing Golf Course has maintained a 4-star rating from Golf Digest and garnered recognition from the USGA and the Carolina Golf Association.

OUR HISTORY
The community and the course were developed by Weyerhaeuser in 1996. The course was designed to wind through the development in such a way as to enhance the beauty and the value of the 720 home sites which surround it.
In January of 2002, the CLGC Articles of Incorporation were filed for the purpose of forming a nonprofit corporation and the initial Board of Governors of the golf course was formally established. In December of 2002, the Cypress Landing Master Homeowners Association purchased the course from Weyerhaeuser and leased it to the CLGC, which assumed all operation and maintenance responsibilities. Since then, Cypress Landing Golf Course has proudly welcomed members of the community and the broader Inner Banks area to enjoy competition on the golf course and camaraderie around the clubhouse.
